Lianna's Homestay Panic (except not)

So yesterday I received an email explaining that I would be changing families for my home stay. Much to my amazement it all worked out for the best. I am now living in Menthon St. Bernard which is a smaller town then Annecy the first town I was going to live in. I am living with a family in whihc the dad is a sommelir and the mom is a child care professional. They have two daughters ages 14 and 11! And a dog!!! Google images of Menthon St. Bernard. It's gorgeous. I also now have a roommate who I believe is going to school in Switzerland so that should be a lot of fun. As has been noted by various people I have been very calm about this change, which some of you may know is not neccesarily my forte. And for those of you out there worried about me over packing. Let your worries be released for I have successfully packed and without huge unwanted amounts of clothing. Yay!

  1. Hi, finally got my computer to do what it needed to do. I'm so excited for you and I know you are thrilled, scared and excited, all rolled into one! You have the skills and the confidence, just keep reminding yourselve that you can do it, and guess what, it will be easier than you think! Hang in there and I'm really looking forward to hearing about your trip as you go along.
