Wow! I love the pictures. I noticed the parasailor in the resort picture. Doesn't look like he/she would have any place to land. Do they crash down into the lake? What's "mountain goat" in French?
beauregard (like my horned sheep that i had) The parapente as they are called here are so cool. We see them everyday on our way home from school. We even drive right past the place where they land. We talked to some people about them and you get driven up the mountain and then you start walking off the mountain and you don't even have to jump the parachute just picks you up. They don't land into the lake, at least not that i have seen. There is a field behind the place where the business is and they land very slowly although the person ends up running a bit to keep up with the speed they were going in the air. Sasha said that she ran there last weekend and was stretching and she saw someone crash and everyone ran over to see if they were okay. I am not sure what the outcome was but. Also if you are not a pro at it or have not done it before they have someone go up with you so that you are not completely alone in the middle of the air.
